3. No animal sales, giveaways, rehoming. Local shelter posts & rescue group events are allowed, all other posts at admins’ discretion. Found/stray animals should be promptly reported to local animal control.
4. No crowd-funding (GoFundMe, etc.); requests for money/donations/free goods; posting PayPal, Zelle, other payment apps.
5. Any business/person offering products/services, or being recommended, MUST be licensed, bonded, & insured as required by applicable state & local regulations (e.g., roofing & plumbing). Handyman job providers should be bonded & insured. Regulated practices (nail & lash services, catering/food prep, animal boarding, etc.) may only be offered if in compliance with state licensing. Members may be asked to provide proof of license, insurance; business location may be required. Questionable, controversial, potentially unsafe services may be removed at admins’ discretion. Buyer beware: If hiring a business or person based on recommendation obtained from this group, you are solely responsible (defamatory reviews will be removed).
6. Some referrals herein are based upon employment & business relationships, including relationships with page operators & administrators. Any such relationships that exist with the referred business should be disclosed. One such method of disclosure is for the referrer/endorser to utilize hashtags “#affiliated,” “#employed,” “#sponsored.” One (1) recommendation/referral comment allowed per person per post.
7. Please limit advertising to 2-3 times/week. Excessive posting or bumping posts may result in being placed on approval or removal.
8. Participation approval is based in part on interest in/reason for participation (foreign profiles, misrepresentation, or other criteria may result in being declined). We reserve the right to decline any participation request. We are not responsible for content you post or its related consequences.
9. We reserve the right to delete posts/comments at the discretion of admins. Reasons may include not following group rules, member conflict, illegal activity, or poor (or perceived as bad) business practices (predatory lending, vague or unrealistic employment listing, offers too good to be true). Members may be placed on post pre-approval at the discretion of admins/moderators. Do not block admins/moderators (refusal to un-block will result in your removal).
